Ladakh is famous for breathtaking landscapes, crystal clear skies, high mountain passes, Buddhist monasteries and challenging roads for motorcyclists. Ladakh is the only cold desert in India. Riding the world's highest highway, Khardung la is a dream come true for many motorcyclists.
Riding a motorbike in Ladakh is the coolest thing to do, but only if you are ready to take on the adventure of narrow and winding roads, often with unpaved and steep bends, at extreme altitudes. In addition, unforgiving weather sometimes creates surprises.
