What information will we learn before going on the tour?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

The tour program is always available on our website. Once the group is complete, we organize one or two online meetings to discuss the issues. If any participant still has questions, we prepare the answers in writing and send them to all participants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Will the guide be available during the tour?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Of course, Janis goes on the adventure with the group and is available 24\/7.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How are the tour participants divided into hotel rooms?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

If you go on the tour with a friend, we will put you in the same hotel room. If you are going on the tour alone, you will be sharing a room with another motorcycle enthusiast. Our tour participants are like-minded people, so it's hard to think that sharing a room could become a problem.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Do I have to stay with the group all the time?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Yes, we travel as a group to experience the adventure together not alone.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What is the weather going to be like?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

We select the most suitable season for motorcycling for our tours, but we never promise specific weather conditions as they can change. Shortly before the tour, we provide information on the weather, but this information is only a forecast.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Does KlavinsRide provide equipment?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Each participant comes to the trip with their own personal safety equipment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

How is the visa processed, if it\u2019s needed?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

We provide information on how to obtain a travel visa in a specific country. Each participant obtains a visa for themself.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How are the flights organized?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Our travel agent finds the most suitable and financially advantageous flight offer from Latvia to the country where the tour starts. The participant pays the agent and receives their travel ticket. Our groups tend to have members looking for the best flights on their own. It is important that everyone is present on the day of the tour and no one has to wait.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

How are internal flights organized, if they\u2019re planned in the tour?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Internal flights are planned and organized by our cooperation partner. Their price is variable, so the tour program does not include the cost of flights. It must be done separately.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Do I need to have safety insurance?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>
